Love having a branch closer to where I live in Haywood county now. Every time I visit, everyone has been super helpful and friendly. Most recently I had to visit to fill out a fraud dispute form and get a new debit card. Caleb was absolutely amazing and helped with getting the form filled out and getting a new debit card same day. He went above and beyond to work with the accounting team to help get the money back in my account while Mastercard conducts the investigation. I'm beyond impressed and will recommend this branch to anyone looking for a local credit union. Beyond Caleb, everyone else has been courteous and professional every time I've called or visited this location. Hands down the best experience I've had with Telco or any financial institution. Highly recommend!
