Have a vehicle loan with Tech CU. Constantly having issues with them related to my auto insurance. I have provided all required insurance information multiple times and yet I receive notifications that it is not verified accompanied by a threat to hit me with their own costly insurance. Updated 06/13/2024 - again, almost a year after this seemed resolved, I receive another notification from Tech CU Insurance Dept. with the same issue despite no changes to my insurance ie. cancellation, expiration, etc. My insurance company cannot understand this and neither can I. And I don't seem to be making any headway with the branch manager. A generally bad experience.

I opened a new account, took out cash, then they froze my account and wouldn't give me any money until I proved how I got the money and why I wanted cash.

After giving them many personal documents, they unfroze my account but refused to give me cash. It was way way under $10,000 where the IRS gets involved but still treated like a money laundering terrorist. So I closed my account and went somewhere else and received cash.

It was a very invasive experience. ☹️

I am so impressed with TECHCU, specifically with Maria Leza, one of their Senior Bankers. Recently, I worked with her and their team on multiple transactions, including a complicated new auto loan. They did an amazing job, to the point that I plan to move most of my accounts over to their bank.
