I worked with Karen on 2 home sales. Both due to recent deaths of loved ones.
The 1st I was POA & throughout the sale both her & her team were wonderful. Kept in contact, nothing was a surprise and all deadlines were met.
After working together I knew she’s who I wanted to work with on the sale of my dad’s home. Even before the listing she helped me find all the help I needed for both my move and what was needed for the house. Every person/company she connected me with were amazing, efficient, reasonable and easy to work with. I could not have done what was needed without her help and contacts!
During this time I also left the state. Everything moved as well as when I’d been there in person on the 1st sale. She always kept me informed on what was going on & needed. She outlined the entire process before and throughout the sale. In both sales she exceeded my expectations! The 1st home sold on date scheduled and 2nd closed early.
She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, plus caring and fun.
I never had a call that didn’t get answered or returned quickly and efficiently.
I cannot fully put into words how great she was to work with and how easy she made the process for me. I would recommend her to anyone needing an honest, knowledgable and reliable realtor.
