Great service, helpful people. Mostly they help you to bind insurance with insurance company. Also, they do tax filing, notary public, car insurance, home insurance, business insurance almost all kind of insurance, and they charge you brokerage fee. You can pay by cash, card, or check.

Very unprofessional costumer service. Very rude when they didn't do a proper job and they believe it's the insurance fault for not notify their clients of important notification but they don't forget to take their broker fee. Espiceally first four tables. The fifth person is a very reasonable and understanding person with respect.

Really bad experience with this brokerage customer service. Their behavior with customer is rude and unprofessional. All they care about new clients and then boom doesn’t care if u struggle with insurance because of their fault.

I live in Queens but my friend refer me TDS in 2014. I like talking to everyone except one lady ( Sandy Sanchez). She has very bad attitude and never get correct answer. I think i need to change my Broker. Well I will Change my Broker.
I would like to give 5 stars for TDS but I would give one just for one person.
