I have been going here since I first starting working more than 25 years ago. Things have gone down hill for sure. Five star to ZERO star. I have been trying to call over and over again. They do not answer their phone and do not reply to any voicemails. I have been trying to get my tax info from a few years ago back and I went there and waited for more then an hour just for them to tell me I'd have to come back to get it. A young woman who did my taxes did them wrong and the IRS is trying to get more money from me and said that my taxes were not filled correctly. I won't go into too much detail. Tax reducers is making every effort to avoid me and to deprive me of the services I paid for.

Was good but last year got bad. Took forever to get taxes done, can never get a hold of anyone, they never return calls and I can't even get an answer about an amendment to my 2019 taxes that they've been working on for MONTHS.

I was their customer for 20 years and this year I had worse experience. Took 4 months to do my taxes. I had to call and text like hundred times and no answers. Really bad experience I had.

Terrible experience! Not responsive to emails or calls. Empty promises. Can't even get them to send my documents back to me.
