If you need your taxes done, this is the place to go!
Had an appointment with Ms. Virginia Gibbs. Very easy to book the appointment. During our appt, Ms. Virgina was super helpful, knowledgeable, thorough and detailed when explaining our tax situation to me and my s/o.
Not only that, but she is very personable and friendly which makes the appointment that much more comfortable. Overall a great experience,

I would like to say that this is by far the best tax experience I have had. I used to go to HR Block and they are all about the money! Tax Lady takes the time with you and really cares. Both Donna and Virgina are excellent at what they do. Thank you again for the wonderful experience, I will be a return customer:)

This was hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had with regards to having my taxes done. From inquiring and making an appointment, to the appointment itself, Donna made everything worry free. Professional, warm, and highly competent-my experience with her was outstanding. Her pricing was highly competitive and her willingness to go the extra mile far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love Virginia!!!

1. Positive vibes all around, welcoming atmosphere
2. Patience of a saint, and doesn't mind repeating herself
*usually with my ADD, some people will become impatient of my lack of focus but she repeated herself as if I was not an idiot (I notice things like that)
3. Works well with the disabled, since she is a veteran herself.
4. Doesn't mind to do the small talk, not all strictly business, and I love that, being able to personalize with customers and be willing to do so
5. Genuine honesty that is sometimes hard to find in the "sales" world, she genuinely wants the best for her customers and it is not a money game for her.

She truly wants to help people, so yeah I'd drop your current tax person and actually check out what doing taxes should feel like 😝❤️👍
