My experience was completely positive. I found it difficult to engage an enrolled agent for my daughter and son-in-law. Their tax returns include a couple of partnership K-1's where the entries can be technically challenging on a computer service like TurboTax. Trang would not quote a price, but she assured me I'd be happy with the results and charges, and I am. They did the returns within two week in mid-March, and they were easy and fast to communicate with. We'll surely be back next spring.

My husband and I met them when they first opened their business and I’m so happy for them to see that their business have grown. We have been using Viet’s services for the past 6 years and will continue to use them. The service is always fast and Trang and Viet are the best people. Whenever you have a question they’re quick to respond and are professional. I’m so thankful for all their help every year.

This review is not for their tax preparing or file, but instead how they treat their valued customers. I contacted Viet in 2019 to assist with preparing and filing my personal taxes after reading the reviews on yelp. The first year went smoothly, being a new client and learning how they conduct their business. I never actually dealt directly with Viet but with his assistant, Trang who handled most of the transactions. After preparing the tax, they require you to make a full payment before you can review the file. This is fine, except the CPA is supposed to provide you with a summary of what is owed. When I filed my tax in 2020, I had to deal with Trang again, and this was during the pandemic. This time she was really rude and making communication very difficult. When I mention to Trang about the difficulty in communicating with her, she immediately answered without hesitation, "If you don't like the way we do business, you can go somewhere else". I thanked her for making it clear to me that my business was not appreciated. I have never visited the facility personally, but I hear they work out of a gift shop.
