All I can say is, "what a total let down." These jokers were accountant of my mother for many years, and as far as I can tell the did a pretty good job in the past, but after the woman who did my mom's taxes left the group around 2018, it seems the work was pawned off to people who didn't care or know what to do. They skipped entire (and important) parts of her taxes related to paying her caregivers, they failed to report estimated tax we had paid, which caused me to have to wait 2 years to get a refund, they didn't file her ides reports for the caregivers (twice), which caused no end of grief. And when alerted to these problems, they never offered to reduce the fee- in fact, when I accidentally bounced a check, the wanted ME to pay them a fine. Nice reward for being a loyal customer, huh?
