The service is great here . Honestly this group feels like family . After having the same agent for 20 years and she changed careers I had to find someone else to represent me and find me great coverage. I’m not to trust easily and I hate automated services that lead you down a road for no solutions . Here they are real people who answer the phone and get back to you with urgency. That means a lot because when having a problem I need to feel taken care of . On top of that Tamara isn’t afraid to get deep in your coverage and try and find your solution if you’re having problems. If you’re looking for someone to take care of you like family this is the place for you And all of your home and auto needs .

Displeased with Allstate as well as the agent. I sat across from her after my first accident and she made me feel ungrateful. Like I should be happy of feel lucky allstate mailed me a tiny $*** check to fix my car. Like….. why are y’all even sending me money that quick I want my car fixed. Y’all just wanna pay ppl off prob hoping they blow the money and never fix the vehicle which leads to supplement claims. And she’s very loud when she’s talking to you not sure if this is a technique she uses or if it’s natural but it’s very disturbing. The level of loud is like an offensive volume. It’s in no way pleasant and just a strange level of loud to hear sitting across from someone. She also seemed like she could care less I was in an accident. She’s not who I started with and when I finally find the time I will be changing companies it’s just a hassle to even shop around especially with everything set to auto pay and auto renew it’s just not something I think about but no I am not satisfied and I tell everyone to stay away from Allstate. Y’all are garbage. Also left me with almost A $**** shortage on getting my car fixed. Go anywhere else.
