I met Boyd at a party and he told me all about his Insurance Company and that I should call him to do business. I was looking for two different types of coverage. He gave me a card, and told me to call him, which I did. After I called him and left several messages, he finally called me back to set up a meeting. I called him right before I had driven all the way to Talladega to confirm and say I was running a little late. His secretary said he wasn't in. I found Boyd to be very aloof on the phone anyway like he was in a big hurry and too important to talk to me. Now that I see the web site and that he is a fourth generation insurance salesman, he's probably never worked a full day in his life. If he wants his company to be a 5th generation group maybe he should work like the ones who came before him and return calls. Thank you for this opportunity to voice my opinion.
