I recently worked with Tafoya Real Estate between September and December 2021 when buying a house for the first time. I was connected to Tafoya Real Estate through Realtor.com, who called about three local agents (and got no answer) before we called Tafoya Real Estate and they answered almost immediately. This initial interaction really was indicative of my experience with Scott, Cayden, and the rest of Tafoya Real Estate as a whole, as they were always immediately responsive and very professional throughout the whole process.

I worked directly with both Scott Tafoya and Cayden Marple throughout the whole process. While searching for homes they were happy to answer any questions I had, schedule visits quickly, and walked me through the whole homebuying process that I was completely lost on as a first-time homebuyer. With their help we were able to move quickly on the pre-approval process and, when we started making offers, Scott and Cayden crafted the proposal expertly, and I'm sure I wouldn't have eventually been approved without their speed and expertise. Once Escrow opened they were both very helpful in both answering questions and moving the process along. We ran into some issues with the seller moving slowly and making decisions without consulting us, and Scott and Cayden were able to take care of everything pretty much on their own. This made the whole process a lot less stressful as I knew I didn't have to micromanage negotiations about repairs, appraisals, and other issues that came up.

All in all, I'd highly recommend working with Tafoya Real Estate. That initial impression of Scott and the rest of the team as professional, responsive, and willing to do whatever was needed to help only became more accurate through the process, and I'm glad I had the good fortune to get paired with not only some great agents, but some great individuals as well.
