His team is highly professional as well, from the photographer to financial and escrow folks. We would give TJ TEN stars if we could! He made a stressful, high-stakes process smooth and easy, educating us along the way, as we were total novices. He was endlessly patient with our questions and nerves, and he "held" our hand throughout the entire process. He is low-key but efficient and effective, highly experienced ,and knowledgeable. He stays in constant communication (as much as you want) and always responds instantly. Buying or selling real estate on the Monterey Peninsula is not for the faint of heart, but TJ made it breeze and got us a great buyer and fabulous price for our PG property!

TJ was super accommodating and patient while helping me find the perfect house. I asked to look at many houses, probably close to 20. He always was happy to show me another house, and another, and another... I wasn't the easiest person to deal with as I'm super picky. TJ was always fun to meet with and made my house searching a priority. He also was super knowledgeable about fixing up houses. I had many questions about how we could renovate a number of the houses we visited and TJ always had an answer. I will definitely contact TJ when it is time to sell and buy another.
