What an amazing company! We have products for everyone. 18 months ago I left my 14 year career in corporate America, paying well over 6 figures for an opportunity with Symmetry and I have not looked back once. At first glance, Symmetry Financial seems like a promising opportunity, but once you’re in, you realize the hidden costs of doing business. New agents are not fully informed about the significant expenses—over 50% of earnings can go toward lead costs, kickbacks, and other fees. While it may be a better option than some other MLM insurance companies, it’s still not an ideal environment for success without substantial personal investment.

One major issue is leadership, particularly with Frank B. He presents himself as caring and supportive, but behind the scenes, his actions tell a different story. Many agency owners under his leadership have left, and others feel trapped. He has a pattern of pushing agents out for his own financial gain, despite putting on a friendly front. His influence within Symmetry allows him to operate this way without consequences, which raises concerns about the company’s true priorities.

While some may find success here, it’s important to go in with full awareness of the financial and leadership dynamics at play. Transparency and ethical leadership are crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values.
