I'm always a little hesitant with Insurance companies, at least i was, before i walked through the doors of Sylva Insurance Company. Zeb & his team are BEYOND friendly, and will treat you with the respect and courtesy unlike any found elsewhere. Always finding me the best policy, and keeping me updated on things, you will never find them not willing to give 100% for their clients. Great people.

Today I called looking to get some insurance and information from the Sylva Insurance Agency. The place I had called before in Sylva hung up on me rudely so I was already a bit upset with that, boy did that change. I was greeted by an extremely friendly gentleman named Zebediah Allman. He gave me every little bit of info I could possibly want or need and even was able to have some lighthearted conversation. I appreciate his help immensely, as well as the great attitude and knowledge he possessed. This is the man you wanna speak with about your questions for sure!!😎

I have been a customer with tbis company since 1985 when i first got my driver license! Owner Phyllis Foxx was great! She helped me through a lot of rough spots when it was tough to even make ends meet. She really did make it personal and became a great friend over the years. You feel at home when you visit this company still today. Sadly, when Phyllis passed away i was concerned how much the company would change. The new owners have done a great job in making sure to honor Phyllis's memory with the same great service and the same down home feeling! I would never recomnend another company over Sylva Insurance because no other company compares! Thank you guys for 33 years of excellent service!
