We originally worked with Blake Hunter as our realtor for about six months, and when he went on parental leave, he passed us on to Suzanne. Suzanne did an exceptional job, especially during the negotiation phase. She is truly someone who works 100% for her clients.
The original owner had a specific price in mind, and I was ready to offer close to their minimum expected price. However, Suzanne noticed that only one other party was bidding, and she estimated their offer. Based on her insight, she advised me to offer $50K below the owner's expectation. Thanks to her sharp negotiation skills, we ended up saving at least $40K, even when the owner was firm on certain price points.

Suzanne was simply incredible in helping me sell my grandfather's house - the main asset in a trust I am executor of - all while I was living outside of California in another state. This sale was very sensitive due to family members and the trust, and she handled all the complexity with incredible kindness and finesse.
