I had my 2021 tax return prepared here in 2022 because I had lived and worked in 3 states and had a large number of stock transactions to deal with. They charged me ~$300 and informed me that I owed the state of North Carolina over $2000 in tax (I was fully withheld in every job all year, so this was additional tax payment). I asked them to fully explain to me how I could possibly owe this much on top of what I had withheld and the answer was simply "North Carolina is weird." Well, North Carolina has had to piecemeal refund me the entire payment over the past 2 years as they have figured out that none of it needed to be paid. So Susan's charged me $300 for the privilege of providing an interest-free loan to the state of North Carolina for 2 years. I would not trust them to fill out a 1040EZ, let alone any kind of complicated taxes, and obviously will never use their services again

A mistake was made last year when preparing our taxes for 2021. Although it did cause some initial headache and frustration it was cleared by our bank and refund was received with a delay. After bringing the situation to Susan’s attention she offered to file this years taxes free of charge, and after a year honored that today by preparing our taxes without a cost to us. Susan has gained our loyalty for many years to come as our go to for tax preparation. Thank you for honoring your word and standing behind the integrity of your business!

We went in to have our taxes prepared for 2012 and are returning for 2013. The staff were friendly, prompt and courteous. Susan was very helpful with all of our questions as my husband is self-employed and has a lot to keep track of when it comes to taxes.

Our taxes were messed up for two years, somehow my W2s were never included even though they knew I worked full time. Poor communication. Thousai of dollars lost trying to fix. Also did not set up companies the way we wanted. And have seen taxes done in such a way that it's impossible to prove income to borrow money. Bad experience all around.

Requested a quote to set up our QuickBooks account @ $100. Met with her and paid $50 to get started and would pay the balance after set up. Never answered my emails about completing the project .
