Susan is amazing! She's friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. From 1,000 miles away, she quickly got a sense of what we wanted in a home and community and showed us properties that were a nice fit for us. When we came to town Susan cleared her calendar and had great availability to spend time with us. Watching properties remotely was also easy, Susan even did video calls walking us through a couple. When we found one we wanted, we were truly appreciative of her expertise in getting us through the transaction and successfully closed. I highly, highly recommend Susan.

Susan Thetford is an outstanding real estate agent and source on all things Nashville! I found her YouTube channel by chance when I started researching the area. Susan is one of a kind! She is beyond just the average realtor. She is knowledgeable and personable. We have become great friends over the course of the last two years.
