I tried to ask for a quote and I was out on hold by this Alexis Tamayo I waited for over 10 mins and the service he gave me I didn't appreciate it. I took my business with progressive instead

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place has the WORST customer service! Called multiple times and was told a message would be left and I would get a call back, NEVER did. Showed up the next day to find out he never even tried calling me back to help change my policy and still didn’t even bother helping me at all. Could use better work ethics.

I recently had an issue that occured with this insurance agency which required a bit of fustration between both parties myself and the agent . But the reason I am giving 5 STARS because during the heated situation that agent done everything in their power to make it right ! He called us with ease we brainstormed solutions together , he didn’t just give up on my families situation . He was very genuine he actually cared about what we are going through due to a slight misunderstanding . If you are looking for a legit , HONEST, GENUINE, trustworthy agent it’s a must you go see ALEXIS he is the owner of this particular office
