I worked with Bob. He was very knowledgeable on my issue and despite my poor explanation, as I was 'scatter brained,' for lack of a better term, he was able to recognize and complete my request in a timely manner. Additionally he took the time to explain the process and verify any changes with me prior to the end of our meeting. Overall I'd say his service exceeded expectations, and I'd recommend his support to anyone.

Josh at Superior Credit Union was very helpful to me for applying for a credit card. I didn’t provide significant information on my income on line and Josh followed up with me with a direct phone call. I gave Josh all the information that he needed. He provided all the information to his professional team and they approved my request. Then Josh provided me the convenience of signing the form by email. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help in this matter regarding a credit card request.
