It was SUPER working with Dave to purchase my first home. He was patient and kind willing to answer my one million and one questions as well as show me countless houses as I requested. He was very knowledgeable about aspects of each house such as the costs of repairs and the upkeep of different structures. Without complaint he showed me properties all over the southeastern Pennsylvania region discussing the pros and cons of living and working near and far from the city. Purchased a home with realtor Sharon Barkley the worst closing I have experienced yet. She never showed up at closing, we were given a code to a lock box on the house to receive 1 key! Never got closing paper work had to track down someone to receive my paperwork for the house. Was told warranty’s and keys would be left inside the house. Nothing was left. Seller left trash that wasn’t there when the walk through was performed! As well as a leak being covered up. Been texting and calling for answers yet no one answers back. Just heads up!

I worked with Mark Smalls on getting into the house I'm currently am in and cannot explain how thankful for him I am. I originally was working with a realtor from another realty group and was taken advantage of. On the move in date, my deposit had already been taken, but I was left without a place to live after driving hours with a 16' truck with my car attached. I reached out to Mr. Smalls and we went to tour many beautiful homes. Understanding my situation, Mr. Smalls worked hard to help get me into a home quickly without putting me in a home that where I would have to sacrifice safety or aesthetics. Mr. Smalls is very familiar with Philadelphia as he was born and raised here, and gives great advice for newcomers like myself. I cannot thank Mr. Smalls or Super Realty Group enough.
