Worst experience ever financing a vehicle thru them. Not my first car. Not my first loan. Dealership set it up, looked attractive based on the APR. Working with them to get direct deposits and insurance taken care of has been a nightmare. They just added $1266 to my loan due to insurance after telling me that all my paperwork was set up and everything was fine. I'm lucky I have the ability to just pay off the loan and take my business elsewhere.

This credit union is top notch! Our family has been affiliated with SLFCU since 1980, and we have always had great experiences, both in Albuquerque, and later years in Livermore. Even when we need something special, like lookup of very old records, power of attorney or other notary services, or 'separate receipts', new $ bills for overseas trips, etc., every single employee, including managers, we've dealt with has been courteous and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about SLFCU. (The one thing I wish were still available would be nativity-theme money envelopes for gift-giving at Christmastime. I'm tired of Seasons Greetings and Happy Holidays....)

This is the worst bank in the world they do nothing but take advantage of you with predatory fee’s make everything difficult on purpose with horrible customer service and terrible mobile app/website. Even trying to link an external bank account and transfer funds is impossible because they are so greedy. Go bank with literally anyone else instead of these people.
