Honeymoon is definitely over. 5 or so years ago started with Silas. Re-filed a few years back and got refunds. Handed over receipts and done. Yay. Year two onwards ... rates go up and had scan my own receipts. This year 2022 promised to review for some discrepancies in past filings they did and would be done by 5/30/2022. Many emails and a voice message 9/02/2022. Nothing. Ghosted. I try to support local and small businesses but can't say I'd recommend Sunshine Pro.

Last year was the first year we worked with Silas at Sunshine Pro and we were really happy with the service. The cost was about the same as our previous accountant but the responsiveness and clarity of answers to our questions was much better. They have everything online and so it was also easy to use and information about our taxes was readily available. We would highly recommend them
