My family had AAA for the longest time and last year they raised our premium so much. I'm so glad that we switched to State Farm and worked with Sunny's team! They were able to cut it down for us. The whole team was also really friendly and they made the process easy which was very helpful because I've never dealt with auto insurance until we had to switch. Recently, we added my sister to our insurance and I had a lot of questions to understand our policies and what changes to make to lower our premium because we all know CA has been really raising rates!! Nim was very kind and extremely helpful, and she made the process quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Sunny Susanto as your insurance agent! We have been with State Farm for 40 years and just recently were assigned her as our agent. Sadly, our prior agent of 39 years passed away. However, Sunny jumped right in and made sure we felt that the level of customer service would not diminish. She did not disappoint! After a very lengthy and detailed personal meeting with Sunny, she was able to save us $$$ on our insurance premiums by looking closely at deductibles and coverage. She has a warm and analytical style, asking great questions and helping towards decisions that saved us money while still maintaining good coverage on a multitude of vehicles (Subaru Outback, Toyota Tundra, Ford Ranger, Polaris General, Home Owners, Umbrella & Earthquake!).
