Clara was incredibly friendly and helpful in working with me on a complex exchange. Bought two pairs of sunnies, came to return one I did not like as much and one of the employees (older woman w/ tattoos, reddish hair) questioned me and then said “there goes my commission”… such weird and embarrassing behavior. Keep that to yourself. No one cares.

Very Bad Customer Service!

I bought a pair of glasses and when I came to return one of them for the first time, the lady told me they were busy and asked me to come back another day. After a couple of weeks, I came back today and a guy named Jason checked the glasses. He claimed there was a scratch, but I couldn’t find any scratch at all. They refused to process the refund, and I believe he made up the scratch to avoid the return. Jason said they could do an exchange but not a return. Does your policy really allow exchanges for damaged glasses but not returns? That doesn't make any sense. I have also attached the images of the sunglasses. There is zero scratch. I never even used them because I bought the Renegades instead. This Sunglass Hut store has the worst customer service!

Update- I was able to return it at a different store without any issues. They found no scratch!

This store is perfectly located, easy walk from the parking lot. The staff are basic friendly, they great and provide their opinions.

We came here to replace a pair of sunglasses that has reached its retirement. There were some great sales going on, not sure if it was for Mother's day or just to get old inventory out. We bought 2 pairs, but I ended up returning one the same day. I did ask for a brand new pair, instead of the one sitting on display. I'm not sure if she actually gave us the "new" one from the cabinet or the display one. But either way, we were happy with the one purchase we ended up keeping.

100% recommend this location at the Leesburg Outlet Mall! Conveniently located and great customer service.

Purchased a pair of raybanz in sterling yesterday, and once I got home I realized that I was sold the wrong pair..I went back the next day when they opened at 10am and waited until 10:30 and the employee inside never opened up.

Drove straight to Leesburg and was able to get the correct pair ordered and shipped to my house. Maggie was super helpful, top notch customer service!!

My experience with the Ray-Ban store regarding lens replacement has been extremely disappointing. Two weeks ago, I placed an order for replacement lenses after providing my phone number, email, and zip code for contact purposes. However, I never received any updates or communication from them.

Today, I visited the store to inquire about my order and was informed that the lenses were not ready. To make matters worse, they attempted to offer me different lenses than the ones I originally ordered, which was unacceptable.

Given the lack of progress and the inconvenience caused by their inability to fulfill the order as agreed, I had no choice but to request a refund. This experience has been frustrating and reflects poorly on the store's customer service and reliability.

Overall, I would not recommend relying on this Ray-Ban store for lens replacement services based on my recent encounter.

Went in to have my Oakleys tightened and had the best customer service. Everyone in the store is courteous, professional, and kind. Had a small issue and it was handled beyond my expectations...faster than promised. Please...if you are considering purchasing new sunglasses make sure to shop this store. You will not leave unhappy time after time. Even during the crazy Christmas shopping season the service was top notch. Thank you Sunglass Hut staff...for demonstrating what excellent customer service should be. Merry Christmas!
