Terrible company. The only work they did was to split and devise the company. Jim Caused more divisiveness and deceit in the company and constantly lied to make his job easier. Was not willing to do the work to help the business in a respectful manner, only helped cover up and promote lies to avoid difficult conversations. I cannot reccomend this company or Jim less as a person of moral or ethical standard.
