The experience with Brent started really well. He helped get me out a procrastination induced situation in 2019. He did a great job at a really good price. I referred him to a couple of people for the 2019 tax year and he then started getting really hard to get a hold of. He never responded to any of my messages for the 2020 tax year.

We had to go with a different accountant. Makes me sad, because he is such a nice guy.

I left my 2020 tax tax info with Brent before April 15 of this year. He was going to complete my return and get back to me. I have been unable to reach him by phone, left multiple messages, finally reached him by email and got one response, but was going out of town. He asked me to reach out when I got home to complete return. Have again left messages, emailed, and even tried catching him in office. Went by today and discovered he’s no longer there. I have asked him to either meet to complete, or return my tax documents. So far, nothing…

Went to Mr. Summerfield for tax returns and for regular services with my future taxes and incorporating. The office was clean, had a nice waiting area, and welcoming.He was professional, kind, and took the time to explain things so that I could feel informed. I’ll return, and recommend every reader in the area to use him as well.

Same experience as Molly. Brent never returned multiple messages nor emails. Never any response from him. He is unaccountable if he is even still in business.
