Was trying to buy a house from out of state. None of the problems were disclosed. All of which were MAJOR. Wasted money on inspection and appraisal and if Patricia would have been upfront we wouldn't have wasted our time. Would not send video and pictures kept all damage well hidden. She tried to be seller and buyer agent and was mad when we weren't comfortable with that. Hoping this was a one time thing, and not a habit of this agency

A while back sue Boone sold my house she is a hard worker be buying or if your looking to bye a new house you want the job done she is the one that gets it done she respects you and she cares about all people if you don't know her your missing out on not just a wonderful lady but a great realstate lady who can make your dream house come true I can't say enough about her but put trust in her you will be so glad you did if you want to bye or sell give her a call thank you who reads this God bless Jerry and Wanda Phillips
