Sudeep helped us buy our dream home in San Ramon recently. Here is our story working with Sudeep. First of all I would like to say, he's a wonderful person. Being a first time home buyer, we did not have much knowledge on home buying process. Sudeep made this process & journey so much easier and smoother for us. First he understood our need and requirement. Then, presented his strategies. We looked more than 50 houses with Sudeep. He always gave us his thoughts and insights on each property, and pros & cons. He always presented his point of view up-front. He isn't pushy (which was a big plus for us). Then finally, we found a house which was matching our needs, put our offer and our offer got accepted. Everything went smooth and just before one week of closing escrow, something unfortunate happened which delayed our closing process for more than 2 month. His due diligence , expertise and knowledge on this matter helped us a lot to get the deal completed . Today we think if Sudeep wouldn't be there with us we could have misguided and lost hope to get the house. We can not express in words how happy we are today to get our new house with his help.

The process of buying a house is an agelong process. It never stops, right from choosing a realtor to viewing through the listings and then wondering what makes your house livable. The entire process changes you while you are busy making all these changes. But we are glad, we did not have to go through it alone. Sudeep understood how overwhelming the process could be. There were days when we wanted a second opinion, and Sudeep did not leave us hanging.

He proved that time and again, he has a thorough knowledge of home construction and local market. We liked how methodical he was in his inspection, commenting on the design and construction. That obviously gave us some more ideas than we already had in mind. We finally got the house most suitable to our needs and aspirations and we weren’t clueless but everyone knows the journey doesn’t end there.

Sudeep helped us even then, which shows the level of commitment he has to his customers. It wasn’t about service or sales but a marker of his reliability. He advised us on the outline of the house, educated us on where to install appliances and how to arrange things. He also put his inputs into decorating and designing. Bottom line on the top: In spite of the super competitive crazy market, we got the house we wanted and the credit goes to Sudeep!

We were looking for a realtor who can also provide us instant feedback on the house along with the feasibility for potential modifications in case of fixers. After briefly working with two other good realtors we ended up with Sudeep! Sudeep was referred to us by one of our close friends and we found that he is not just a normal realtor, he is very well qualified and brings his technical and financial experience to the table. Working with Sudeep was a very pleasant and fruitful experience due to the following:

1. He is always very calm even when he is in a hurry and always obliging. He never gets tired showing houses how many ever you wanted, it took us almost six months to find the home we wanted/afford.
2. He doesn't just show homes, he provides in-depth feedback on the potential issues and approximate costs for fixing based on his previous experience as a builder. This additional feature was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor!
3. He understands the market and pricing very well. He provides really practical and realistic feedback during the bidding process and I'm giving this feedback based on real experience on the bidding not once but several times! Ultimately because of his guidance we were able to find the home at a competitive pricing! He is also well connected with other realtors which is helpful when it comes to acceptance of bids by the seller!
4. He connected us with a great loan agent who helped us close with a nice rate. When our closing got delayed due to appraisal delays, Sudeep was very vocal about it with the bank, he didn't panic, worked with the seller's agent and helped us get through it successfully!
5. He doesn't just help with finding a house and closing he goes beyond it. Our home needed some minor fixing and he connected us to a general contractor who helped us fix the house in an expedited fashion. Sudeep didn't just connect us, he helped us generate a list of things for improvement and negotiated the price with the contractor.

Overall it was a great experience and we even decided to go with him for selling our old home! Definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy!
