I had poor reception on my phone. I was communicating with Adan and the call dropped about 6 times. Uploading the documents was a disaster. Adan was patient, positive, and professional! Adam did an Outstanding Job!!! Had it been another person talking to me they would have called it quits and hang up on me.

Stay away from company. They will steal your information and use it for marketing. That's actually a code of business violation, but based on their in professionalism, I don't think they realize that.

The reality is that in this day and age, there is absolutely no reason to pay a third party to "broker" insurance for you. They don't do anything for you that you couldn't do for yourself online.

They may tell you that they have special rates. That would be untrue. They are not the insurance carrier and are not authorized offer rates different than the insurance carrier.

Do yourselves a favor and just call insurance carriers directly. They will quote you and not charge you a broker fee.
