If you’re looking for any type of loan, you need to give them a call. I worked with Kimberlee, Ashley and Matthew and they are all phenomenal!!! So glad I found this credit union!!! Have never had less than stellar service with all of my banking and loan transactions. Marissa at the Coffee branch is AWESOME!!!! I absolutely LOVE Strata Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Mayra has been the teller to help me on multiple occasions and she is always very sweet and and greets me with a smile, she even asks how the family is doing. My new Strata debit card was lost in the mail, and Mayra was able to get me a replacement on the spot and even explained to me how to update card info using CARD SWAP service they provide! Thank you Strata, and thank you Mayra!
