I was an out-of-state buyer, and Matthew not only set up in-person touring, he also provided great virtual tours, even on a short notice. As a veteran using the VA Loan, I have heard about some of the difficulties of the va loan, but in my experience with Mattew, I have never had any of those common issues with the VA loan, and we where able to close within 2 weeks!
