The build is quick and careless!! They leave pain everywhere, holes in the wall where they cut it too big for switch plate covers, hole in the brick on the outside, crooked walls in the kitchen. We have a friend buying a house and if I were him I'd back out. They only care about building quickly not correctly because it's on the owner once it's bought. They leave trash in the yard and cover it with dirt and sod but they it's an HOA don't leave your trash can out.
