Some of your other reps are not very knowledgeable and lack the understanding on requests I've made. Five days, I am waiting for a message on how to change my bank account to be answered. No number to call, hard to find name of owners/employees to email. They sell your stock at the end of the day, sometimes they miss selling it. Do yourself and your kiddo a favor and use another platform.

The year is 2020, i bought $1,000 in Stockpile giftcards for Christmas gifts for family. I gave them out, feedback was pain to set them up. Anyways, i set one up myself with some unused cards i didnt give out, their system is horrible. OMG. Anyways, i figure, ill just let them sit there and grow a bit. I set up the account in March 2022. Used $150 worth of $25 gift cards. I have not checked the account until today when i found out my account had $2.50 in total value, and 0 assets. Looks like they charge a fee and they will sell your stocks to "maintain" the account. What a scam!
