When I set everything up with Espie Hernandez at State Farm, she was absolutely wonderful. I feel she went the extra mile, in things like doing a joint call to the insurance she was helping me to transfer from, etc. She helped bypass some extra red tape and saved me time. She explained some additional steps to take because Liberty Mutual had billed my home policy early/prior to renewal date, etc. She explained State Farm's policies well, and I was saved a lot of money by transferring my policy. She made it to be one of the easiest processes I have had with a company, and she did it all with a smile in her voice. To recap...Very professional...Went the extra mile, made it easy,...Was patient, and did it all with a wonderful smile in her voice!
