Steve was incredibly patient with our house sale which took over 18 months. There was a lot of work to be done and not only did he recommend contractors (all good quality and not too expensive) but he also helped us with the financing and we repaid him from escrow. He was careful and diligent, and provided good advice to ensure that the house was priced correctly to result in multiple offers. I would use him again without hesitation.

Steve provided outstanding service. As a first time home buyer, I was new to the process and much of the lingo. Steve was patient and explained everything each step of the way. He was super responsive and generous with his time (sometimes we looked at homes past 8-9PM). How many realtors do you know that will meet you at a property that late at night? Super knowledgeable with years of industry experience. My only regret is that I can't give him more than 5 stars!

Steve was very professional as a seller's agent. Other agents I interviewed seemed to want to bring their own buyers, which to me seemed a conflict of interest. Not so with Steve. He assisted with providing contractors if needed to present a very attractive house. He analyzed the multiple offers received to find the strongest one to get through escrow. I'd highly recommend him.
