Steve is a fun, cool guy who does insurance extremely well! Steve, David, Cat and Ann B. Have been part of my insurance since I moved to CA over 20 years ago. Had a home window leakage problem that was not good as the regional mngr., said it was installation and not SF's problem. The installer, moved out of the area and I was stuck with fixing the leakage by a local contractor.
I want most competitive fees, so I research options.
I will NOT work with a Regional Manager again as I will call Corporate because Regional Manager on Window Leakage did not serve my interest and I did not hear from Steve.
