State Farm has been such a wonderful Insurance company to me for years. I can honestly say, that I will never go to another insurance company. State Farm where Steve Cook is and Roxanne are, have worked with me many times in my life. I appreciate Roxanne for helping to get my car reinstated when I was going through a hard time. State Farm has been so reasonably priced for years now. They never raised my insurance like other insurance companies did to their loyal customers. It's a shame that other insurance companies raised their prices, without even giving their loyal customers a heads up on higher premiums. State Farm where Steve Cook is at knows the meaning of treating their customers right. The last honest one.

Had to call in and get help with my auto insurance and I got lucky enough to get Evan. From the gate he was patient and took his time to find me the best rate . I've been with Steve Cook's office I think since the beginning. Brenda has also been great to me too. I haven't had an accident since I was a kid that was my fault, so I didn't really even know how to do a claim and was nervous. Evan told me to come in and we would do everything together. He was so nice and helpful above and beyond. He helped me through everything and I was so relieved and thankful. Words cannot express enough how great he was to me, so obviously I recommend this office, its staff, and Evan highly. -LM
