Wow!!!! The ease of getting a claim filed for my vehicles damage after a tornado was so easy. Katie Robertson (agent) and Steven Castaneda (virtual adjuster) made the process so easy. I was not able to get my vehicle right into get an estimate and Katie continued to check on me. I took my vehicle into the body shop to get an estimate and the next day she had me in contact with the virtual adjuster. Steven walked me thru the process and explained everything. The settlement check was deposited into my account the next day. Both Katie and Steven explained to me that the amount might not be the same but that the body shop would send in a supplement for the difference that could not be seen via the virtual app. Thank you so much Katie and Steven for making this process so easy.

Good luck ever getting to talk to anyone in the office. The "secretary" will say the agents are at lunch, or in a meeting, or pretty much any excuse to divert them from meeting with people. Absolutely no help with my car accident claim, either. I chose an office with real people for help and got none except a push to the corporate number every single time. The help at corporate was not any better either.

We had a hail storm and everyone of our neighbors got a new roof. I have videos of the storm. There have been several people up on our roof who have said it is damaged. I try to call & text Karlton Tatum who is over our case and never get a response. I am very disappointed with Allstate. Allstate approved getting my husbands truck fixed but why not my roof?

I have no experience with you except that you sent me a request to insure me. You put my address, my name and a picture of my private home for all to see. I don't do business with people who invade my privacy in this way, ever.
