I spoke with Laura about my options as I was approaching a policy renewal for my car insurance. She was incredibly nice and helpful, and took time out of her day to answer all of my questions and explain everything about my policy options. Even though she did not end up selling me a policy, I hope to work with Stepco in the future for my next policy.

Honestly, I had a challenging situation with my previous insurance policy at State farm. Long story short I spoke with Todd over at Stepco and this man worked a miracle. Not only did he alleviate my stress with his kind and professional demeanor, but he also explained what was going on with my policies. I'm not here to bash any company, but my situation with state farm was not what I wanted to continue and Todd helped me transfer over. I am saving more money per month on my insurance and I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Todd. With the world becoming less and less friendly, it's a shame how shocking it is to come across someone who is genuinely kind and to top it off, extremely professional!

Highly recommend if you have insurance inquiries and want to hear the real deal from a neutral perspective, ask for Todd D. I'd write more but, I don't even know the guy lol. Awesome experience
