do not waste your time here. as a business owner i would never set foot anywhere near this place & have made sure to let others know the same. i paid them for years before i had a situation. they fought every chance they could to make sure they didn’t give me a goddamn penny AND they kept all the evidence i gave them even when they didnt pay me out anything, did not even contact me i had to keep bugging them to even pay attention to file. this place could not care less about the people & their businesses. they are here for your money & that is it. simple as that. i have found multiple companies that pass them by a long shot. you couldnt pay me to go through them again. absolutely sickening the customer service some of these companies have. especially insurance. insurance is supposed to make you feel safe & have you covered when something goes wrong. this place does not do anything remotely close to that. literally not having insurance is the same thing as having state farm at this location. im sure theres decent locations somewhere but you have to find someone who sctually cares about the people. this place is not one of those. at all.

also - they use a law firm by the name of “lisa a duran & associates”. crooked company only there for your money. they’re even worse.
