We have been very HAPPY with the service from Jonette Phillips for 30 + years. There are many reasons why we stayed with Jonette Phillips. Every time when I called the office with questions regarding any of our policies whether it’s about premium or other issues, Ignacio has been the top notch person who answers the phone and helps me accomplish the task. Michelle and Merced both have also been great to talk to in helping with your needs. Honestly where do I start….. While I was in need of insurance on evening, I ran across State Farm and decided to request a quote online. Not even 15 minutes later I got a call from Michelle and walk me through and was very thorough with my quote and what I wanted to be covered for. My experience with her was FAR BEYOND what I expected from an insurance agent, most other agents from other insurance companies just want to sell you a policy. Michelle did beyond that and helped me to get was I wanted to be covered for and worked with me the whole time. She has been so helpful with any questions or concerns I’ve ever had and I love how she’s so detailed with everything. I highly HIGHLY recommend this agent to anyone who’s not happy with their current insurance company. And remember they don’t just sell you a policy to get your business, they actually sell you the policy and coverage you want and they wanna make sure you’re completely satisfied with it.
