The staff is good but the bank itself is one of the worst. We opened an account back in Dec 2024 and we got a letter in January 2025 saying we overdrew our account but we never received a debit card or phone notification about money being withdrawn. Its been couple of months trying back and forth but they keep closing the investigation without providing any proof. Stay away for some mental peace. We are thankful it was not a big deposit and we have filed a case with DFPI regarding this issue because the corporate office does not help at all. I have been trying to resolve this matter for the last 2 weeks, they keep saying they will look into it and call back but never do or follow up, worst customer experience ever. Stay away from them.
