I was with Allstate for almost 3 years, my Vehicle Insurance went up every 6 months and Homeowners every year. I asked my Agent why was my rates rising so high and he stated because of the cost of material and labor to replace everything. So I told him they need to find somebody else to buy their material from. I went to State Farm and got more coverage for almost $400 dollars less. Please don’t waste your time, they start out with a great rate and rise over time to unbelievable rates.

Used them when they were in Helena. Had a problem over the weekend and needed to talk to someone ASAP. Come Monday I finally got Jessup who said he would not share an after hours emergency number with me. He did not want to be bothered about problems over the weekend. This review is completely true and happened around the year 2000 despite their reply calling this false. What happened was my home insurance payment I paid online was credited back to my bank on a Friday afternoon. Saturday when I saw this I tried calling them to see if my home was still insured. I could not get anyone and stayed home all weekend to make sure it did not burn down since I did not know if I was covered. My call to Jessup on Monday is completely true and happened. Also on that Monday I got new insurance elsewhere and my agents home number that he was happy to share if I ever had a problem after work hours.

The customer service at Standifer Insurance Group is always caring and personable. They saved me over $1,400 from my previous insurer on my home and autos! I highly recommend them!

I like the service of the Standifer agency so much that I took them with me when I moved from central Alabama up to Huntsville area, Home and auto.

New automated system is terrible. No tow set up, I had to replace a $100 part in order to drive my car to the repair shop. (didn't get reimbursed for that). Was without my car for 3 months waiting on a part. Only had rental for 30 days. Paid an additional 400 to cover the rental I had. Paid insurance on a vehicle 241 a month for 3 months that didn't move. Then had to pay the 1000 deductible to get my vehicle back. The best part, is the headlight replaced isn't an exact match and my window fluid reservoir is leaking. Maybe this isn't Standier's fault but Allstate has gone down hill. I've been with them over 30 years.

I have been happy with the homeowners insurance with Allstate. The agents have been kind and make me feel comfortable with my coverage. I have let my dad know about how happy I was with my insurance and he switched to Allstate, also. I have not filed a claim, yet, but feel comfortable with my coverage.

A++. Kevin answered the phone the 1st time i called. no robot!! super satisfied as he definitely found my a great rate. i would and I do recommend him to everyone!

This place is so incompetent. Every time you call in they tell you something different from the last time you called in. They'll promise you a deductible back in 90 days then say of you might not get it back because they didn't have insurance. If you have an employee make any changes to your account, don't trust them, it may end up changing the amount you owe that month because they're that incompetent. Ive never paid for such a terrible service before and really can't wait to do business with their competitors.

Edit: since they replied that my "insult" is false. I wanted to add proof how unprofessional they are and share previous "insults" about how professional they are and specifically Connie. This all happened on the same year.
