Cindi Richard and her team as St James did a great job managing the rental I was living in over the past year. Cindi and her team are responsive, quick to address any issues, and professional. My husband and I had a wonderful week in a beautiful condo at Harborwalk. Beautifully appointed, clean, in excellent condition and had all comforts of home.

Debi Galo, Broker in Charge Marina Office, provided an excellent tour of St. James. Debi was an absolute pleasure. She demonstrated professionalism in a warm and welcoming manner. Of the entire St. James offerings, we were amazed and impressed at the uniqueness of each area and how all areas were connected beautifully with well-kept common areas, signage, quietness, and natural beauty. No post-stamped homes here!!

The Beacon 315 food was amazing as was the wait staff. Shout out to Pete for excellent service with each encounter.

Definitely a place to buy into if you are looking for instant community. We met and talked with several veterans. American Pride is obvious at St. James. Near and dear to my heart is the generosity St. James Corporate and St. James residents demonstrate for their community. We will be back and hopeful to purchase in the future.

It was simply amazing! Everything about St. James exceeds your imagination and expectations. The people are very welcoming and eager to help you with your stay. They make you feel like this is your home away from home. I plan to vacation here every summer and I hated to leave. It's money well spent and the Reservation Specialist (Stacey) goes above and beyond excellent customer service. You have to see it for yourself because there is not enough words to describe this place. Amazing! Extraordinary!

I’m glad to have this opportunity to speak about St James.
My husband and I spent 2 winters in the condos. We had a very good relationship with the owner and our first year was wonderful.
Second year, after traveling 16 hours, we walked into roaches. I was shocked. I never expected this in such a high end community.
I have to say the owner was very responsive, but you are always on guard and worrying the whole time. It was a horrible experience. It ruined our vacation and turned me off to renting.
It is something you can’t get over.

Rose Gibbs and partner sold our home on Beaver Cr. Dr., St. James Plantation, and solicited a price that met our 1031 Exchange price point. Amazingly, this was done while we were in California the entire time, listing to closing! Great job Ms. Gibbs and others at St. James Properties. Our 1031 Exchange successfully closed June 8 for a property in St. George, UT. Thank you Rose for doing all the extra work to be certain the home looked it's best and was ready for a new owner.
