Worst property management company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They (specifically Melanie H) go against their own lease terms and make up rules and definitions that do not align with the California apartment association (where their leases are approved from). When I completed my move out I left an honest survey that THEY asked me of my experience and they emailed me to ARGUE about my survey. I wasn’t even going to post a review but that behavior is so unethical. Talk about professionalism. I’m sure they’ll reply to argue with this as well.

To see all these reviews about the same person I should’ve known. It just goes to show what St Clair Investments tolerates as a company and speaks volumes.

This property management company is the worst do not live in their apartments, we've had around 50 car break ins that I known of, about 8 every month and nothing has been done, they are aware of this issue and continue to do nothing. Another neighbor had there’s broken in this morning, so how many more until it’s an issue?
