Mike, with his team at SRE, have helped managed our HOA property of 8 owners. They do an excellent job and are super efficient in bringing high quality work to us done at competitive prices. My experience with Mike is that he is honorable and trustworthy. He goes the extra mile to help find the best solutions for the property owners to help them maximize their investment value. When the high cost of a roof replacement project was presented to HOA owners, a couple who own other properties were convinced they could get better pricing. Time was given for them to do so. SRE's prices were lowest and the job when done was excellent.
