I've used the credit union twice in the last 2 weeks and the wait has been 10+ minutes. While I know this is not the employees' fault it does speak to lack of management and poor staffing plan. The employees are always apologetic and say they 'are short staffed' but from the customer experience, continued excuses point to a management deficiency and poor staff planning with no backup plan when there aren't enough employees to adequately service members.
Also, what can be done about the parking problem. Honestly, I don't want to take a picture of my license plate every time I use the credit union just so I can exit the lot. Again, not very customer friendly.

I have been a Spectrum member for 40 years and have always found them to provide great customer service no matter which branch I have and I have used branches in the West and East Coast. I have had several Spectrum auto loans in the past and park funds in the money market account which provides liquidity and better interest than my checking accounts with other banks. I now use the Pleasant Hill branch and the staff there are also friendly and customer focused. I have to call attention to one particular person in the branch, Shahla Husainzada, who is incredibly helpful and provides me with superior service. Great credit union and even better people.

I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.

Just found out they had a data breach of confidential information of children with bank accounts there. The breach included the names, SSN, DOB, phone number, debit card number and home addresses of minors.

They're offering a free year of "credit monitoring" which, honestly, misses the point. Sure, I'm worried about my child's credit getting messed up, but I'm much more worried about random people on the internet knowing my child's name, age, and where to find them (e.g. our address).
