Tate and his team (Brandi) were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to our emails. They were always very quick at answering any questions & helping us in any way. The whole process was very easy - especially since we were able to upload the documents to the app on our phone. Tate helped my wife and I get through the process of buying our first investment property at the OBX, and he worked through every possible scenario to get us the very best deal, and literally saved us thousands by finding the one that worked best for us. He responded promptly to every message and made the application process as smooth as possible. Tate worked closely with our realtor and the closing firm to keep everything on track and moving, and along with our realtor, is the primary reason why we were able to purchase a dream beach house/investment property on the OBX.
