100 stars out of 10 stars!! I was very concerned about trying to sell in a town that everyone is moving out of, so I contacted Sarah late at night. I think within 24 hours she had comps, ideas, advertising and of course a thorough contract. She was available 24/7 for any questions, no matter how i felt about asking the unknown, she responded very quickly and with thorough and knowledgeable answers. Within a week I was under contract.
Sarah never failed to update me, prepare me for each step and assured me she was walking with me on this path.
The title company Sarah partners with were absolutely wonderful and it took maybe 30 minutes to close and that was with a lot of chit chatting on my part. They were as prepared as Sarah was.
I highly recommend Sarah as an agent but I also highly recommend the whole team. Each and everyone is a person you would want to have on your side while trying to transverse the many steps in selling or buying real estate.

Kristi was amazing when it came to finding my husband and I our first home in a state we don't live in with a soecial needs child. When she would view houses Kristi would take videos and photos to send them to us. She would return to the homes as often as we asked and was always on it when it came to contacting the other realtors and finding out information. She drove to multiple towns and never took a day off until she knew we had our home under contract. She was always one text or phone call away on any day. I could never say enough good things about her.
