I am somewhat satisfied with my experience with Southern Bank. The only major complaint that I have is that once making a drive thru deposit it was not credited to my account. Thankfully I had a receipt. Recently I went to the ATM to make a deposit and it would not allow me to. I guess it was full. The ATM was broken a few times last year which was highly inconvenient. Having a branch in Fayetteville would be a plus to be able to withdraw cash since I rarely use my card for purchases because of security breaches and hackers. The employees seem OK and much better than my old bank.

The staff here is always so rude the ex employee Brenda was the only one that was nice and very helpful but after she left the 4/6 employees that work here are so rude even though I am so polite to them.
